Earl Baer is the director of digital ad sales for the Los Angeles Times Media Group. As a leader in the local media space in Los Angeles for 20+ years, Earl has served in senior management roles across various mediums, including print, radio, TV and digital, as well as integrated media sales – and has led media companies such as CBS, Los Angeles Daily News and the Los Angeles Times Media Group.
Earl has also spent several years at the helm of his own media sales company, and has been passionately involved these past 10 years in creating solutions for local market advertisers to effectively make the transition from traditional media to new integrated digital media.
